We have some trouble related to the webshop. Our cusomers are able to put some items in the basket but can not validate the order.
The pop-up come correctly but stay in "order creation in progress" indefinitely :

Remember you can always inspect the web page to find an eventual error in the console.
In this case :
I have recently fixed a potential issue related to the internal server clock and this is a related error of the new process I didn't catch.
Basically, the variable is a string instead of a datetime.It has been fixed. A quick patch will soon be uploaded to help you.

Can you tell us exactly when it will be patched? We don't have any orders that can enter the system at the moment and we've been losing several thousand euros in sales for the last 3 days ...

In less than one hour, probably around twenty minutes, the time needed to validate the patch.
In this kind of urgent situation don't hesitate to directly send us an email.
